Gina Puccinelli has been facilitating yoga classes and retreats since 1990. Her style is a safe Mindful Movement, encourages curiosity of mind and emotions, and is adaptable for all bodies. Voted Best Yoga Teacher for four years in the readers choice Monterey Coast weekly, Gina’s sense of humor, deep compassion and humility, and her spirituality draws the community together as one family on the path of self discovery. As well, she is a Certified Reiki practitioner.
Kristen Gradwith has 20 years of experience with integrative healing techniques to promote calm and deep energetic shifts to activate healing on a physical, emotional, and mental level. Kristen uses her unique gifts with practices from Christian Mysticism, Taoist traditions, divination, creative visualization, applied sound, gentle movement and ancient energy techniques from various lineages. She is a Reiki Master, Taoist Nei Gong Practioner, as well a Sound and Intuitive Healer.
