Moni is a medicine woman, a massage therapist, an energy worker, a breathwork facilitator, a sound healer, and an herbalist. She facilitates experiences where people can feel and deepen their connection between their nervous systems and their bodies in safe and sacred spaces.
Chris has been a student of sound, breath, and transformational experiences for many years through a wide range of modalities. His offering blends a combination of these pathways that support groups and individuals in their explorations of connection, growth, recovery, and integration. He believes that by cultivating a safe healing space to explore our shared humanity we can assist one another in remembering our true essence.
